Return & Refund Policy

Last update June 14, 2017   Thanks for shopping at Fahmah.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.         Fahmah.com must be notified by emailing customerservice@fahmah.com prior to the item being sent back. Most new and unopened items purchased from Fahmah.com may be returned within 20 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Items received without prior notice, or after the period of 20 calendar days after item is delivered to you, may only be eligible for a partial refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and must be accompanied by proof of your purchase. A printout of your order or packing slip is acceptable proof of purchase. If the item is lost in transit, on its way back to Fahamah.com, you must be able to show proof of shipping. A tracking number is acceptable proof of shipping.         Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within five days. Receipt of your funds may be received within five days of the refund being initiated. Time may vary depending on holidays, bank processing, or your card issuer’s policies. Customized items, final sale items, or clearance items will not be eligible for a refund.     If the item you receive is not the item you purchased or if the item is damaged, you may request an exchange. Fahmah.com will ship you a replacement of the same or corrected item.       Fahmah.com will pay the shipping fee for return of defective items or incorrect items received.         If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us by emailing customerservice@fahmah.com
